The problem
Project documentation for a commercial kitchen fit-out existed only as PDFs in two languages. The team needed it in spreadsheets they could filter, total and send to suppliers.
What was built
A Python pipeline that extracts tables and line items from the PDFs, keeps the Turkish and English text aligned, and writes formatted Excel workbooks ready to use.
What it shows
Document automation does not have to be a large project. A focused script with a review step removed hours of manual re-typing.
