What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type, plus the time it was sent. The website itself sets no tracking cookies. Server logs kept by our hosting provider may record your IP address for security purposes.

Why and on what basis

We use contact details to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for enquiries and contract (Article 6(1)(b)) for client work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by Finnish accounting law.

Who else sees it

Messages are delivered by email through our hosting provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@robustbinary.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
